It's amazing: I just watched this today, independently of your post! Like, I just said to Mary a few hours ago, I've been watching DFW videos on Youtube. The questions are kind of awful, at least the parts I watched.
The questions are very amateurish, for sure: "what kind of writer are you..."; "where do you find your inspiration"; "how come you hate this character"; "what's cliche" etc.. I'm also shocked by the cameraman's behavior (see part 2, especially).
yeah, i agree that the interviewer sucked but i'm glad this vid was posted in its unedited entirety. part 3 was particularly good, so good i posted that on my blog last night.
