If I have to produce more, my work hours build up
And if I work more, I require more money to keep
Me going
And if I’m paid a fair wage, then the cost of goods increases
To offset my hefty raise and profit is guaranteed.
Therefore: having more to choose from, more goods, more toothpaste
Raises the cost of living, the cost of goods
And limits our ability to purchase other, more needed services.
